Using the Online Store:
Make sure your cart is correct and all quantities are updated before proceeding to checkout. We use Paypal checkout so even if you do not have a paypal account, you can still use your credit or debit card to check out!

Questions or Concerns:
Should you have any questions or would like to place a special order, please don't hestitate to give us a call us at 814-848-9853. If there is no answer, please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Shipping:
We use two methods of shipping. All orders will be shipped either USPS Flat Rate Shippers or UPS Ground. Please note that we live in a very rural area and we can only make UPS shipments once per week. All USPS Flat Rate shipped packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. All orders have an additional handling fee of $1.00, which is automatically calculated into the shipping cost.

Returns/Exchanges & Refunds:
All orders are final sale and non-returnable.

In general, we do not process exchanges, but will review requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email us with any questions.

If your order was damaged in delivery, please send an email to hamiltonsmapleproducts@gmail.com, and include your order number, product description and a brief explanation of the damage, and we'll be in touch.
